CLIO AWARDS ANNOUNCES WINNERS FOR INAUGURAL AGENCY OF THE YEAR X COUNTRY AWARD

The CLIO Awards announced Agency of the Year X Country winners, comprised of top performing agencies during the 2015 CLIO Awards season.

Honors the most-awarded agencies across CLIO’s top 15 entrant countries during 2015 CLIO Award season

New York, NY –October 5, 2015—The CLIO Awards, esteemed international advertising, design and communications competition, today announced Agency of the Year X Country winners, comprised of top performing agencies during the 2015 CLIO Awards season. Agency of the Year X Country, introduced this year, emphasizes the brand’s global focus. The ceremony for the 2015 CLIO Awards was held on Wednesday, September 30, in New York City.

Agency of the Year X Country is presented to those scoring the most statue points across all medium types, and is awarded in each of CLIO’s top 15 entrant countries. In alphabetical order by country, the 2015 winners are:

“Our 2015 CLIO season was such a success, with inspiring work from all over the world elevated to the global stage,” said Nicole Purcell, president, CLIO. “We are proud to end on such a high note, and celebrate the agencies producing the most-winning content this year.”

The CLIO Awards will begin a global tour at the end of 2015, visiting some of the Agency of the Year X Country winners, and dedicating content on clios.com and across social channels to each country, agency and winning work.

Upcoming milestones for CLIO in 2015 include The CLIO Key Art Awards on Thursday, October 22, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles (keyartaward.com); and the opening of entries for 2016 CLIO Image on November 9 (clioimage.com).

Em comunicado à impressa enviado pela sua área de Comunicação Corporativa, posteriormente à publicação desta notícia, o presidente da F/Nazca S&S, Fábio Fernandes, declarou, no último dia 6 de outubro: “A história da F/Nazca tem sido uma sucessão de anos espetaculares, mas é inegável que 2015 estabeleceu um novo patamar. Ganhamos prêmios jamais entregues a outra agência no Brasil, o que é certamente muito excitante e nos dá uma sensação de dever cumprido diante do que sempre pregamos em nosso mercado”.

Alguém terá de “inventar” mais “deveres” para o time dessa agência cumprir porque, inacreditavelmente, por mais difícil que seja a missão impingida a esses profissionais e seus líderes brasileiros, onde quer que ela se dê, eles executam com brilhantismo o “dever” e, desse modo, retornam para casa, sem “morrer na praia”, trazendo com eles os mais importantes prémios da publicidade mundial. Talvez seja o caso de a propaganda nacional ter de abrir mão de suas competências e talentos para os ceder à indústria de Hollywood. Quem sabe assim, se Tom Cavalcante não o conseguir, não traremos para o País um Oscar? Ou mais até.
